Part-time Behavioral Technicians (BT) & Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT):

BT: $19–$23/hour | RBT: $25–$30/hour | Part-Time

Virginia Beach • Chesapeake • Norfolk • Portsmouth • Suffolk

Guiding Stars ABA is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings while helping children develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.

Schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday 3:00 PM–9:00 PM & Weekends 8 AM-8 PM (hours vary based on client needs).

Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to work with children and families, and required background screening. RBT certification is preferred but not required for BTs. We support eligible BTs in obtaining RBT certification within their first 45 days.

Full or Part-time Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA):

$45–$55/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time

Guiding Stars ABA is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing clinical team.

Provide individualized ABA services, support families, collaborate with BCBAs, and supervise BTs/RBTs while helping children build meaningful skills and independence.

BCBA / Clinical Supervisor

Full-Time & Part-Time | Hybrid | Competitive Pay

Guiding Stars ABA is seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Clinical Supervisor to join our growing clinical leadership team.

Lead high-quality ABA services through assessments, treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, and supervision of BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs while supporting positive outcomes for children and families.
